The Call..

Today I received that very anticipated phone call from Children's and found out his surgery date and all the details from Nurse Chris (also very sweet)! Logan's surgery is scheduled for August 13th at 11am! I don't know whether to be happy or sad. Im happy because I am just so ready to get this over with so we can get on with our lives, but sad because it is indeed a surgery! While talking to the nurse she explained that Logan will need a pre-op visit the week prior to surgery to have him looked over from head to toe, etc... Also Johnny and I will be donating our blood for Logan in the event that he needs a blood transfusion. (the doctor did say that it is very common with this procedure, but nonetheless normal) So we will see who is compatible and off to the blood bank we will go!
