Less than 48 hours &............

We are home!!!!!!!

Yes, you read that right... Less than 48 hours after Logan's operation, he was discharged from the hospital and we are home! All I can say is Thank You God! Logan's Dr. was completely impressed with his progress and the way he was healing! He told me that normally for the surgery he had, it is a minimal 4 day stay!! BUT, not my little figter... he left a whole 2 days earlier that the average! I never really thought I could be this proud of someone so small. He has very minimal swelling, and I mean minimal. He went 16 hours without any pain medicine at all, even tylenol. After the 16th hour, I opted to give him a dose just to be safe, and good thing I did because not even 10 minutes later we got the okay to come home! I was really worried about the ride home and nervous that he would be in pain, but not my little angel! He slept the whole time :-) When we got home I was instruction to give him a bath and was his hair. I think that was the most nervous I have ever been! It was probably one of the hardest things I've had to do in a while. He did pretty good despite the large incision on the top of his little head! He did cry, which is not normal for him, but I guess that was to be expected!

Anywho, we are scheduled to see Dr. Greene again 8/25. That will be his official post-op visit, and I cant wait to see his results! The results so far have been utterly amazing and I am so impressed! Here are some pictures of us going home :-)
